Angola: Government Builds Ministries District Based On BOT Model

The Angolan Government will move ahead this year with the construction of the Administrative Political Center, called "District of Ministries", to be built in Praia do Bispo, in Luanda, which will be implemented based on the BOT - build, operate and transfer.
