Angola: Country submits bid to become observer of Organisation of Francophonie Paris, May 16, 2019 (Lusa) -- Angola's government has submitted in Paris a formal application to become an observer member of the International Organisation of Francophonie (OIF), according to the national news agency, ANGOP.
